The 2025 IEEE SENSORS organizing committee is excited to announce our inaugural SENSORS Career Fair. The Career Fair will offer space and time for potential job seekers and companies to interact and connect. The Career Fair will take place on Tuesday at 5:30 PM at the conference venue. Drinks and appetizers will be provided through sponsorship by the IEEE Sensors Council Industrial Liaison Committee.

For Participants: Get your resumes/CVs ready! At registration, you’ll be able to confirm your interest in attending the Career Fair. With this option, you can also upload your resume/CV, which may be shared with companies, given your permission.

For Companies: We’re excited to offer three options for your participation at the Career Fair:

  1. Sponsored “pod” meeting space: If you are a patron who has reserved a “pod” for the week, you can use the pod as your home-base with your banner for the Career Fair and throughout the conference. This will allow you to have a relaxed and open space to interact with students and researchers. Access to all student resumes is provided in advance of the conference.
  2. Table space during the Career Fair event: A table, at a cost of $1000, will be provided for you to set up recruiting material that you’d like to present at the conference. Access to all student resumes is provided in advance of the conference. If interested in having a table, register through the link provided below and add a table to your registration.
  3. Attend for conversations: The final option will be to just attend the Career Fair as a regular conference registrant or exhibitor and interact with others!

The list of companies (along with a link to their postings or general website) that participate under either of the first two options will be posted on the conference website to facilitate interactions between conference registrants and companies.

*When registering for a table, please select the registration type “Sponsorship / Exhibit Booth Contracting”. From there, you will be able to select the Career Fair Table as an optional item.
